As the year draws to an end

For those with interviews, remember to send neatly drafted thank you letters to your interviewers, if you haven’t already done so. Email is good enough, you can also be old fashioned and send hard copy thank you notes by mail to programs you want to express special interests in. The rank order lists (ROLs) are as crucial to the match process as all the other components are. The ROLs deserve significant thought before submission. Wishing all applicants a great match season!
